Adema Zhanassova

Adema has designed and implemented business concept on the consulting company mainly specializing on human resources related aspects, such as training, recruitment, internal regulations and documentation procedures, outsourcing.

She has experience in developing and lecturing of  various short-term professional courses serving to the livelong educational and individual professional development purposes tending to fill identified needs and gaps. International education and work experience served as the basis for the tailor-made materials preparation for each course. Collect and analyse economics data on the conducted research based on the comparison and evaluating modelling.

Adema was working as researcher in the Economics department, Reading University/UK. Apart from own research assisted to the supervisor’s academic work conceptualised as a published book.

She is the Board Director of Kazakhstan Petroleum Association, Governor at Business Women Association.
