After 17 years of successful work experience in area of accountance, finances and taxation in different industries, Yelena joined to "Deloitte" in Kazakhstan in 2013 and led Academy. She got higher education in area of accountance and audit in the Kazakh State Academy of Management (1995 year) and is the member of Association of the chartered certificated accountants (ACCA) from 2004. Worked on managing positions in such companies as Kazminerals Aktogay, Kazstroyservice, ShalkiyaZink, Ernst and Young, Academy of Business, Petrokazakhstan Kumkol Resources, Interfarma, Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She did practical training in US - Kazakhstan Council, American Association of Lawyers, Washington, USA.
