Lev Sokolov is a developer of a number of training courses, special programs and long-term projects oriented for specific tasks. Some of his original works and trainings include such workshops as “First-class Service - How to Make the Customers Choose Us”, trainings for negotiating teams “Negotiations - Team Game”, “Finding a Way Out of Emotional Conflict”, “Development of Skills for Effective Presentations and Public Speech including the working with "tough" audience as well as work in a political struggle, working in front of the camera” and more.
Lev Aleksandrovich is an author of number of research projects such as “Finding the Balance of Centralization and Decentralization in the Company’s Management Structure with an Extensive Branch Network”, “Promoting Development of Soft Skills as a Social Support Tool for Citizens Seeking to Fill Civil Service Positions”, “Performance Analysis of Procurement Department”, “Performance Analysis of HR-function on the Level of Head Office and Its Branches” and more. Previously, he held the position of Head of "Marketing" focus in the framework of the Presidential Program, the Head of RIMA, the Russian-Dutch Marketing Training Program, Professor at Monfort College of Business, University on Northern Colorado, Head of Development and Training Department at MegaFon, OJSC (Head Office), the Head of HR Department. Currently he holds the position of Director of Development and Training Programs at Detech.
